Red River started with a simple question: how to bring the mountain spices of Northern Vietnam – cinnamon, star anise, ginger and turmeric – to global buyers in a clear, honest and long‑term way.
With more than 30 years of hands-on experience working with highland growing areas and raw material processing, we understand that quality does not begin at shipment. It starts much earlier — from where the crops are grown, how they are harvested, and how they are handled day by day.

Red River did not begin as a company.
It began as a way of seeing agriculture — and the people behind it. Our founder grew up by the Đáy River, in a place shaped by red silt, village markets, and the steady rhythm of northbound and southbound trains. From an early age, one simple lesson stayed with her: Live with kindness, and work with purpose.
